Dort hat Rigotti seinen Wintervorrat eingelagert: Trockenbohnen, getrocknete Tomaten, Chili, Pilze, \u00c4pfel und Kr\u00e4uter, fertige Tomatenso\u00dfe, mexikanische Salsa aus Tomaten und Tomatillos, K\u00fcrbisse, Knoblauch, Kartoffeln, Honig, eingelegte Chilis, Bohnen, Rote Bete, Quitten, Konfit\u00fcre, Apfelmus, Zucchini, im Pressure canner eingemachte H\u00fchnersuppe, Most, Quittenbrot, Fruchtleder. Da am 10. Juni 2019 ein schwerer Hagel durch den Rigotti-Garten ging, gab es dieses Jahr \u00fcberhaupt kein Obst. Daher blieben alle Saftflaschen leer &#8211; kein Apfel-, Quitten- oder Birnensaft. Keine Mirabellen, Zwetschgen oder Pflaumen.
