Mit seiner Frau Sabina f\u00e4hrt er \u00fcber die Alpen ins Trentino nach San Lorenzo, das mit 800 Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel sogar nochmals h\u00f6her liegt als Rigottis Garten. Und trotzdem ist das Klima dort f\u00fcr Wein geeignet.
