Und das geht total einfach: Mehl, Hefe, Salz und Wasser &#8211; mehr ist gar nicht n\u00f6tig: Kneten, ruhen lassen, nochmals kneten, nochmals ruhen lassen und dann rein in den Backofen. Fertig ist ein selbstgemachtes Brot, in dem nichts drin ist, was da nicht reingeh\u00f6rt. Denn die Industrie verwendet alle m\u00f6glichen Hilfsstoffe &#8211; darunter Enzyme, Emulgatoren und Ascorbins\u00e4ure.
