Die Rede ist von Torf. Der w\u00e4chst innerhalb von tausenden von Jahren in Mooren, die wir innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit pl\u00fcndern und zerst\u00f6ren. Dabei kann man doch auch wunderbar ohne Torf g\u00e4rtnern &#8211; mittlerweile gibt es konkurrenzf\u00e4hige Ersatzstoffe wie etwa Holzfasern, Kompost, Kokosfasern und Rindenhumus. Und wie machen wir das?
