Das hilft und lindert. Normalerweise bekomme ich ja keine Erk\u00e4ltung, doch dieses Jahr hat es mich doch erwischt. Eine Erk\u00e4ltung dauert 7 Tage &#8211; sie l\u00e4sst sich mit Medikamenten nicht verk\u00fcrzen, man muss sie einfach durchstehen. Aber f\u00fcr die Linderung der Symptome kann man etwas tun: Dazu nehmen ich Kr\u00e4uter wie Salbei und Minze, gerne auch Kamille und Thymian, gie\u00dfe das mit kochendem Wasser auf und mache ein Dampfbad &#8211; die \u00e4therischen \u00d6le befreien die Nebenh\u00f6len.<\/p>\n<p>Da ich mit dieser Erk\u00e4ltung zusammen mit den Schulterschmerzen nicht in den Garten gehen kann, zeige ich euch ein tolles Winterrezept: Polenta aus Norditalien. <\/p>\n<p>&#x2702;- &#8211;
