In diesem Video geht es um das Ernten, Verarbeiten und Haltbarmachen verschiedenster Sch\u00e4tze aus dem Garten. Ich zeige, wie sich S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln aus dem Sack ernten lassen, welche Sorten sich bew\u00e4hrt haben und worauf man beim Anbau achten sollte. Au\u00dferdem geht es um die letzten Chili- und Paprikafr\u00fcchte der Saison und um eine einfache M\u00f6glichkeit, frische Waln\u00fcsse richtig zu trocknen und haltbar zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres Thema: Der Hallimasch \u2013 ein Pilz, der im Garten pl\u00f6tzlich \u00fcberall auftaucht.
