Die habe ich in Einmachgl\u00e4sern in einem alten Schuppen im Elsass gefunden. Beim \u00d6ffnen solcher Gl\u00e4ser sollte man genau darauf achten, ob das typische Zischen zu h\u00f6ren ist. Nur dann war noch der wichtige Unterdruck im Glas vorhanden. Im zweiten Schritt pr\u00fcft man optisch: Gibt es Schimmel oder hat sich ein Belag auf im Glas gebildet?
