Denn f\u00fcr Selbstversorger sind Hochbeete keine Option. Um Selbstversorgung ernstlich zu betreiben braucht es mehr als ein paar Hochbeete. Auch wenn die Ernten auf Hochbeeten in der Regel etwas \u00fcppiger ausfallen, als bei ebenerdigem Anbau. Zum einen erfordert es eines an Arbeit, der Bau verursacht Kosten und nicht zu letzt, glaube ich, der Umwelt tut man mit dem Bau von Hochbeeten keinen Gefallen. Mir ist schon klar, ich werde mit meiner Meinung nicht auf Gegenliebe stossen.
